Pretty much to keep it short and sweet, they have a habit of taking items out of your order and dispatching it anyways without giving you any choice or notice. It's like, oh hey, surprise, we're missing half your order but we're gonna put it through anyways so if you wanted the item we removed, you better order again and pay postage again. They are more than unwilling to maintain customer satisfaction as, as long as they've got your money, they don't care.
Customer service is just copy pasted messages of the same thing with no thought for a long time customer and no resolution.
