I placed an order with nasty gal on December 4. It listed 8-10 day shipping, so I expected my package to arrive on December 14 at the latest.

The date kept getting delayed until finally it was delayed until December 20. When that day rolled around, the package was nowhere to be found.

There is no customer service number or anyone to help. What a disappointment...in shock at the dreadful customer service and disorganization at this company.
