Ordered a pair of shoes a week ago.I paid for expedited two to three day shipping for a friday arrival (I needed them for a sat event).

They arrived on Sunday (5 day shipping) and missed my event. They REFUSE to refund any money for shipping fees, even though they shipped it a slower method than I paid for.... I have continued to have email communication with them.

4 service reps refuse to refund money - one said they would if they did not arrive on time (friday he said) when I asked for the tracking number, but everytime I email now for the refund, the future personnel refuse.BE VERY CAUTIOUS if paying for expedited shipping as they WON'T ship it that way!
