Delivery Chaos. No Communication.
After waiting for my purchase to arrive for three weeks and, - noticing that the web page had not been updated since my (2) packages arrived to Medley, Florida on 08/31/2021 - I tried to get in touch with Nasty Gal's customer service. The provided number was disconnected.
The chat has set answers to predetermined questions. So, I contacted the carrier - Fedex - and they suggested that I should report them as lost packages to the shipper. Obviously, having no other means to resolve these issues directly with Nasty Gal, I contacted Pissed Consumer and so, I made a report. Soon after, Nasty Gal updated their website showing that my packages had moved from Medley, Florida (a 30 minutes drive from my home), to New Jersey, where it was ready to be shipped back to Florida.
I received my package on 09/18.
Who dropped the ball? I will never know. But the point is that the lack of communication with Nasty Gal was disappointing and a thriller.
I enjoyed very much shopping there, until know.
Most items exceed my expectations, just like the ones I just got. But, when something goes wrong - there will be nobody to help you.
