So I have a school social (kind of like prom but less formal) and ordered approximately 2 months in advance expecting my order to come in 4-7 business days. I have never, ever written a review - good or bad. I just don't have the time. but PLEASE, PLEASE do yourselves a favor and AVOID this company at all costs. I order some boots. I check out. My order cancels itself and I have to go again. Red flag!! But no, I ignored it. 3-5 day shipping. Wrong! 2 weeks! And during this time, the boots went on sale on another site! I placed an order at nasty gal back in June. I never received my package. I called customer service, emailed, followed up again. When they finally replied they said the package was delivered and they would not refund my money! Now I am out $350 with no merchandise.

Customer service? They do not even bother answering you once your order is completed. So now I am, I have been waiting 8 days now for a 5-7 days delivery, with no tracking number and no clue where my stuff is. -.- awful experience

Sigh... I'm Canadian and order 2 pairs of jeans in my size 25. I was just under the free shipping so I added a necklace. Excited I waited. Well I had a COD which I get, customs and duties. Well I was informed it wasn't from duties but the 90$ I owe is from the company nasty gal used to ship it out. Thanks a bunch my now $250 is nearly $350 wow... I have returned parts of 2 orders from NastyGal now, and not received a refund until calling them. Then, I had to watch for that refund, too, as it took MONTHS to appear: for an order placed 1/22/2016, returned 1/28/2016, I received a refund 3/3/2016 after calling them on 2/29/2016. Unreal. We'll see how long this latest return takes to process, if I ever get off hold (20 minutes now). I received no notification that they received my return... Read more

I asked them to cancel my order before it reached the UK. They didn't plus they charged me £22 on a £54 dress. How that is all right and why this company still exist. They should be reported in USA and closed down for tricking customers. I order many times from China, but never seen in my life such a poor product and 0 customer service. psh, I don't know why everyone is hating on NastyGal. I love them. Everything comes in great and they ship pretty well. Keep in mind, it's sorta expensive so I only go when there's a sale but it's my go to place. I absolutely love them

LONG story short: I ordered a dress for a special occasion they ended up not delivering it on time. after much back and forth communicating and never hearing back from them I FINALLY got someone to help and said that the dress size I ordered is out of stock and all they can do it give me store credit.... store credit for everything that was completely their fault.
